Version 19.0 under windows

Does Version 19 require Windows 10 or 11? I tried installing it under Windows 7 and received an error saying this 64-bit version was not compatible.

My Win7 32bit was not running 19.0 32bit unicode, even though I could install it.
I had to migrate to Win11 for v19.

Dyalog v18.2 32bit is still running happily on Win7 32bit.

IIRC the manuals say you need Win10 for v19.

Dyalog version 19.0 is supported on versions of Microsoft Windows from Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 upwards.

Hi Jmosk and JoHo,

19.0 requires Windows 10.0 or newer as it uses a more recent API for some of the functions that it calls.

We dropped official support for Windows 7 when we released 18.2 in March 2022.
