How to Stop <dyalogusers> Digests?

Is there an easy way for me to opt out of receiving the daily forum digests that are sent to the <dyalogusers> mailing list?

I'd like to choose whether or not to receive these digests as an individual.

I think the only way to achieve that is to set up a rule in your e-mail client to delete messages sent to the DyalogUsers group with that subject line?

Our intention was that we should only send the digests to the DyalogUsers group for a short while, but when I asked the group a week or so ago, the sentiment seemed to be that we should continue sending them.

I think we should stop sending them soon and allow people to sign up for the digests individually through the forums.
