Tokens and tokens

tokens are two different kind of "fish".

It would be helpful if the documentation did not use the same term for both!

(Try searching "tokens" in the on-line HELP to see what I mean!)

Also, I have seen production code that confused <enqueued> and <signaled> "event" numbers.
