Waypoint proximity alert

Just a small note. I was very happy a year two ago when discovering the wgraph utilities in the dfns workspace. Credits go to Mike Day, in addition to the dfn experts at Dyalog. It's a rather complete and well documented set of graph utilities. Solid & very functional too, really a pleasure to use!
Part of the nodes appear in the radar display and raise waypoint proximity alerts.
About supporting high-speed navigation.
