Keyboard advntures.

Using 15.0, Windows 10, Dyalog APL IME (en-CA): pressing Ctrl-L gets me ⎕⎕. All other APL characters I've tried also double up. Is the IME responding to KeyDown _and_ KeyUp events?

Using 15.0, en-US, Windows 8.1, Control-L just produces a single ⎕

I have been corresponding with ArrayMac227 via email and the doubling-up seems to have resolved itself with a reboot.
