Font in Dyalog 12.1 Classic
After a regular installation of Dyalog 12.1 Classic (Italian) the initial font is "Dyalog Symbol 16".
Is there a reason that the default font is Dyalog Symbol (not pleasant!) instead of Dyalog Std ?

Yes, since Windows Vista, Windows does not display certain APL characters unless the font used is a "Symbol Font". If you use "Dyalog Std" under Vista or Windows 7, you will lose a couple of APL characters, I think "match" is one of them, don't remember exactly.

Actually I really like the Symbol font. One of the symbols lost is the deltaunderscore and the left tack (or is it the right?). Anyway: two symbols that are quite important in APL Italiana...
